Todd Zeligman

Todd Zeligman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of New Wave Financial. With two decades of capital markets and investment experience, he leads the firm’s strategy of collaborating with fintech lenders, specialty finance companies, and bank platforms to build and scale investment and lending portfolios.

Todd structures forward flow programs and other tailored capital solutions designed to support disciplined, long-term portfolio growth. His approach centers on aligning capital with experienced operating platforms, upholding rigorous investment standards, and applying prudent risk management across specialty finance markets.

He brings deep expertise in portfolio construction, structured credit, and capital framework design. Todd has extensive experience assessing investment performance, building scalable deployment strategies, and fostering long-term relationships that enable sustainable growth across alternative investment platforms.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and has earned the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
